I find it very interesting that as show up here this morning, as I do everyday, to check in and see what is going on, I don't see one new or unread thread/post but yet when I look down below I see one member (me) and 20 Guests lurking on various threads! :chin_scratch: Not one of you has any thing to add? Question to ask? Thought to share? or even an insult to sling at someone? :huh: I mean come one.....let's wake up people and have some conversing going on! :director:

I may not post much either myself, but I'm on Lake Mead every Sunday as long as the weather is decent. Im always willing to chat and drink a beer... I miss our Regatta's and the Powell Fest....many good times and memories... :-)

There are a great group of people down here as well, but for instance we dont have anyone doing a spaghetting dinner on the beach (Titties and Beer), we dont have anyone sitting in the Walmart parking lot with you when your trailer has a blow out (Red N Vegas, Pump Her). The camp outs, the regattas, cruising up Black Canyon on Mohave, diggin for dollars getting his trailer tire slashed, the Dr. promoting the Volvo drive and motor, Keith and the wackers. Trouble Maker tied to a bouy in the narrows on Mead when he broke down, good times!!:thumb:

I couldn't agree with you more, Ken! I have made a number of good friends from this forum and have enjoyed some good times with them all! Of course, I would be slacking if I didn't mention the jello shots of Fun4me (Erich)! I think those got me in trouble at least once or twice! :D

the fam is doin' well. not much has changed with us. luckily both of us are still working. Dylan is growing like a damn weed! he just just turned 8 in july and is back in full swing of the fall baseball season and gets started with 3rd grade on Monday.

we've had a decent boating season this year. although we've only had one day where the wind wasn't kicking and that was on mohave. every time out on mead this year we've had rough water. i will say that the water on mead is WAY up this year! it's tough to find decent beaches because the water line keep moving up into the brush. i'll take it though.
