Well it is now summer and I was wondering what everyone has been doing?
We have been busy with my sons football , and my daughters acting , and trying to get the river when we can, we were there last weekend and spent some time with Mr & Mrs Steve C. had a great time at the new pirates cove on sunday and a great time at dinner Saturday night.
Looking forward to seeing some of you at the river this year. we will be there july 19th - july 26th.

Softball, a little more softball, and then some more softball. August might be kinda free for us if softball doesn't start up early.:smashfreak:
same 'ol stuff with work. biz is down even further than last year.
we've actually been to the water 3 times this year!!!!! we've been staying in the boulder basin so far this year trying to find nice beaches on that end. they are few and far between. we won't be going out over the 4th weekend as we have other plans, but will most likely look at going back out the following weekend. my boy wants to start skiing this year so we'll be working on that, and he caught his first fish ever last weekend! he was pretty stoked about that!

Been to the lake 4 times this year. stayed overnight this past Saturday with some friends from OHIO "go Bucks". Traded in the old Harley for a new one last week bought my first non GM vehical 3 weeks ago (Honda CRV) after 10 new Gm's in last 10 years figured I did not want to buy from a socialist owned company. Boy is getting married next summer and asked if I would pay for half the liquid refreshments I said ok I will buy the water.

You will be in my neck of the woods!!
We are about 170 miles from DC.
The wife and I are just hanging out here in Virigina. I am going to school and Nicole is looking for that perfect job.
This weekend I am going to to fishing at the Chesapeake Bridge Tunnel. I am going Friday. The rest of the weekend is the Norfolk Harborfest. All boats, all weekend. :drinkers:

Don't think the Metro goes that far. :thumb: That is the only form of transportation we have. Amazing how many people use it around here....nothing like mass transit in So Cal! They definately have it figured out here. Very easy to use and get's you where ever you need to go. We are staying in Arlington and taking it back and forth to DC each day. Good experience for the kids. Come on up for the fireworks on the 4th...I hear they are like nothing we have seen before. Looking forward to them and the party in National Mall.

Have fireworks all over the place here as well. I think we are going to stay close to home this weekend. Water is within 500 ft, so I have it all right here...
