My little brother looking for a job...anything?

He's bartended, sold cars, ran equipment (grading), done surveying, etc. Anything available out there? The car biz just isn't paying his bills right now. Any suggestions?

It is a tough market right now...I should know! Hopefully, he can land something soon.

He's currently at the dealership, but not making squat. I think he said his last paycheck, he made $2/hr after taxes, for his 55hr work week. That's a straight commission job, and just not paying the bills.

tell him to get back into surveying. Take a class or two if need be and try to get on with the county or city. Good gig right there.

Grading pays well, but construction in LV right now is a joke. Nothing going on.

i don't know what his current financial situation is but if he can afford to get some air conditioning schooling they make very good money. have him get on with the a local union as well. the work with them would be sketchy for now but it could get a foot in the door.

He is heading down to the equipment operators union today to get on the out-of-work list.

Tell him to hop on craigslist and search for something. It has gotten me out of a pinch before.
