Yep, more problems - I have horrible luck I guess. Here's a pic of what some f'n moron did to my wife's Yukon with their trailer. They had PLENTY of room and a shorter trailer when I parked next to them, yet saw fit to cut it sharp and take out our front bumper and part of the body is a little dinged.

I just don't get it. Karma sucks, we get there to launch, some slighly older couple are trying to retrieve, we're in ready to launch next, and she can't back the damn trailer into the water! So I jump out as the line builds, back her trailer in for them, then the guy was a total tool - he didn't know how to put the boat on the trailer, so he goes forward and back and then forward almost over the wheelstep on the trailer, I have to winch him up, pull them out, then LAUNCH my boat!

They weren't even overly thankful - just a quick "thanks"...

So I'm thinking I did my good deed for the day - should have good luck right?

I get back to the dock this morning, the boat DIES AGAIN - luckly it was at the dock and the wife was reasonably close so we maneuvered it to the side of the dock, then did the SAME think last week. I'll continue in my broken badfish thread.

I'm just really sick to my stomach that the jacka$$ who hit her car didn't even leave a note.

People just don't want to own up to their misdeeds. Either that or they didn't feel it at all, which is possible. Plastic gives pretty easy.

Both of my trailers have now been hit in parking lots. I'm really thinking I need to start taking pictures of the people on both sides of me before I walk away from the truck.

Sorry to hear about the rough weekend. I can't believe they didn't leave a note.

Me neither - I hate to say it, but Keith may be right - it's possibe they didn't know, but as bad as it was and the fact that it crushed the plastic and hit the metal frame makes me think they knew and just took off.

I think I'll be parking a bit farther out next time!

With that kind of damage, they have to have known. I guess this is why we have insurance.

Shit, y'all have just given me a great idea. As much as I hate to prosper from others misfortune. Sorry to hear about the bad luck G, but I'd blame the previous owners of the boat. Where have they been anyway?

You know the saying, no good deed goes unpunished :cussing:.
Let me say it is frustrating that people don't take responsibility for their actions. It is a sign of the times. Hopefully this will be the end to your bad luck for good!;)

You know - the wife actually figured it out, because of the first scrape was minor to the side, they missed the turn, and BACKED into the fender somehow. They DEFINITELY knew they hit someone. It was hit twice if you look at it close.

I'm going silent on this issue now.
