KC, just out of curiosity do you have any idea what the boat count is up to? what about a list of boats for the early run?

Last count, we have over 120 boats that have shown interest in the BETA event on May 3rd, 2003 - Lake Mohave Cottonwood Cove.

Insurance and permits should be done soon.

So doesn't that mean some wont be able to go? I think I saw something on the site about only 100 boats. Are we going to be able to pre register or is it day of only? I mean I guess we still just have a fine weekend at the lake but what a bummer to plan on doing this and not be able to. By the way add me to the list of interested boats.

I have 100 maps that need to be marked on the Friday night before the event - so that is the cap on the number of boats participating in the Poker Run.

I know that everyone from LVHB will be there and everyone from LVHB will be pre-registered, guaranteed participation in the Poker Run. No worries.

This is going to be tough, yes there are lots of boats that have expressed interest and there are certainly many more that have not posted anything. In fact, I have a few donations from individuals that have never posted on any of the boards - and I know they are going.

The logistics of pre-registration are a night mare, but we might have to go through them to get a more accurate count.

Still plenty of time!!! And I still need plenty of help!!! KC
