For those of you that may not visit the Hot Boat site, this was too funny, and I had to share it over here. It makes me feel a lot better about whatever bonehead moves I may have pulled in the past, and make them look small.
I haven't heard any details on who was driving, but all I know is that it was at Lake Perris and they were putting the boat in the water, and there was very little damage. They were still able to take the boat out for a cruise.

Apparently they had unhooked the boat before they started backing up and hit the brakes a little too hard and the boat slid right off!! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif Those damn cats on those rails, eh Rude!! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
It was probably the wife backing down and had the guy yelling at her to "do this", "do that", and "STOP!!".... so she did! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

i haven't done THAT yet, but i've only had it a short time http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif what happened was the SALESMAN unhooked the boat completely before backing the boat down the ramp and into the water. when they started backing down the boat slid off! the boat company (shockwave) has offered to build them a BRAND NEW HULL!!!

Tunnels slide pretty easy.

Rude, I will make you a deal. Since you dont want this to happen, lets just trade boats. Let me know when I can come get my boat.

Sounds fair to me! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
They are going to build that guy a NEW boat!? I wonder what they'd sell this one for? I heard there was nothing wrong with it, which I believe, but I bet you could get a smoking deal on it!! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

you probably could get a bitchin' deal on the boat but i would guess the warranty would be very limited. the hull probably would be "as is". and make sure you dont take the salesman on the demo run http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif thor, uuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmm........NO! but i appreciate you guys trying to save me the trouble of owning those pesky tunnels http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
