I thought I would share one of the projects that I am currently working on for the company. The company is 75 years old this year and does a lot more than just construction. We also have two different manufacturing companies, own and manage many properties in the Los Angeles area, as well as build homes and industrial buildings. The corporate office is located here in Torrance and owns the surrounding 40 acres. These pics are renderings of the 10 new buildings that we are going to build over the next few years. We are starting construction on the first two buildings this months. I have outlined in red the 10 new buildings and in blue is all the land that is owned by the company.
I just thought I would share these since things seem to be a little slow and I thought they were cool! :D

So is Storm Properties exhibiting at ICSC in LV this year? They look like a good size company.

Where in Torrance is that? I know Torrance pretty well but can't tell the streets from that view. I can tell it's looking south in the first picture.

In the second pic I can see PV and Torrance Airport to the uppper right so I can sort of deduce the approximate location.

In the parking lot, of course! :D

Not sure what ICSC is but I don't think so.

Very, very, very close! Corner of Normandie and Sepulveda. Between Lock Ness and Normandie along Sepulveda. Good guess.

Gotta love new construction and planning stuff like that out. It feels good to draw it, plan it, build it and see it come to life!

All these buildings are for distribution/warehouse, so not much need for parking except for some truck docks.
