Anyone going out this weekend?

I'm thinking of going out on Sunday from Cauville. I have found the last few weekends pretty boring as the only boat moving on the lake though.

If no one wants to go, maybe I'll go to Willow Beach instead.

You remember Willow Beach, don't you? That's were we went out of for the Regatta last year. It's about 13 miles past Hoover dam. Takes a little over an hour from my house at Ann/Decatur.

Well, WE went out. There were about 20 boats we passed all day. Put in at Willow Beach and ran down to Cottonwood, then back up to the dam.

I'm not so happy with this new motor yet. While it did run 92 on GPS at 7300rpm with Kevin and I in the boat, we did a compression test to find it at only 100#. Should be 135#, so it's not even really getting there yet.
