The are here illegally. Every day there stay here they break the law. Driving here without a drivers license is breaking the law. Working under the table is and not paying taxes is breaking the law. Using false identification is breaking the law....but some in our government think they are good law abiding people...yeah....right!

I welcome with open arms ANY immigrant that comes to this country legally. The illegals - GET OUT.

I'm so upset over this crap, I just can't believe it and I better keep my mouth shut until I have a viable solution. Then I will go public with it. Here's one BS (brain sneeze)story....... We do a number of pre-employment background investigations (other stuff as well) for a few select clients. Well our office contacts the SSA today to confirm a SSN on an individual. The agent at SSA couldn't speak English and could barely understand English. The information was provided to the agent and the agent comes back on the phone and sez the individual's SS Number is invalid. Your talking about an 18 y.o. that was born in the heartland of America. What gives here? Our office calls back and gets another agent. The information is provided to the agent and low and behold the SSN is good. This is no good here. I'll stop now :(

Not now! I'm trying to get out of here. I'll give you a hint ... The names have been omitted to protect the guilty. I've had an association with a case in LA County. Defendant first off is illegal. He's from El Salvador and a mean s.o.g. as well. About 10 years ago he gets popped for misc drugs, believe it was about 100 kilos of weed. I think he got 4 years for transportation and then deported. No parole when they send you back home. 30 days after deportation, he's back drinking and driving and has a TC. 120 days county jail and deported. Comes back 50 days later hooks up with the illegal wife and the legal kids, gets into arguement with wife, pops her a couple times, neighbors (who live in the same apartment) calls police, he takes off and gets arrested. Spends 30 days in county jail and gets bailed out. His court case gets continued and continued. The Da now wants to make a deal so the case will go away. WTF .....the judge will not put a hold on this guy, because it's Homeland Security (INS) job to do so, DA will not put a hold on this guy because, it's not there job to put a hold on this guy. Homeland states they are doing there best, but I don't think so. I'll bet this guy goes to court tomorrow, the DA will make a deal for time served and he will walk ................ laughing. So many deportations and nothing happens. I think each county should elect their own "County Agent" similiar to our local DA (District Attorney). The County Agent reports directly to the citizens and voters of the county. The County Agent will have police powers of arrest. The specific job description would be to confirm each and every illegal that is incarcerated in county jails, screen employers, screen landlords, screen applicants in welfare services and anything else that is directed by the voters.///// I'm still thinking here .....
