mead first wek in feb

looking to go to overton in feb. i have never been to mead before so yhis will be my first time. is it okay to go this time of year ? i will be staying in mesquite i have free room at casa blanca. any info on what to expect woul be appreciated. coming in from salt lake looking for some spots to winter boat. thanks egb.

I would definitely watch out, that arm is especially shallow, and I heard the launch ramp isn't in great condition either. callville is ok though.

thanks for the replys. i will be arriving in mesquite the night before we take the boat out. so a little extra drive time is no big deal. if it worth the drive i can do this.

you might try to send a pm to diggin 4 $$, he has friends that own a place in overton and launch from there whenever they go boating.
