The guy is on Sirius' Blue Collar Comedy channel alot and everytime I hear him it just sounds like Ken to me. I had to look him up, doesn't look anything like him but sounds like him. The part where the sales man tells him about not making payment untill next year and he says how did you know that just kills me.
