Motor is a 225 optimax and the boat haul's over 100 gal of fuel. That mean's long weeknds on the lake with out having to fill it up. Call Bob at cheetah and find out how much it would cost to build a new one then come back and make me an offer. :thumb:

With any luck I hope to have one by spring. But you know how it goes.
The wifey want's a house in Havi and I want a new Spectre so I see a house in havi before a Spectre. Then I have to see if I can afford to have my pad here and in havi before I buy a Spectre. :dunno:
Unfortunatly there is a limit to how much cash I can put out at one time
good luck with the sale. you guys REALLY need to stop buying new boats, eventually i'm going to take the hint and buy one too. you should just take both boats and trade them in on one new spectre. if you get one big enough, you could just use that as your havasu pad. just back it into an RV space and let the party begin!!!!

:chin_scratch:
you might be on to something there:D
But the wifey has been buging me to buy a house for a while. I put off buying here in vegas beacause I dont want to stay here. I am glad we did beacause I see us buying in Havi and eventualy moving down full time:dunno:
i wouldn't mind living there myself. i would probably never get any work done, but i'd sure put some hours on the boat. oh wait, what am i saying.....i'm only 30-40 minutes from the lake now and still don't make it to the lake much. it's the thought that counts right.

lets talk about that Vegas house...I don't see the need for such a property anymore--what with one kid gone and the other mid-teen...I'm thinking down-size and lower the payment. Or, I'm pretty sure you've had your place a while. We could always do a refi for you (after Vicki gets licensed she can do the loan herself ;) ) charge yourself a couple points, make the comission yourself, or do the loan yourself for free--take some $$$ out and buy the boat...only live once, can't take it with you. Really not much different if you owe the money to Countrywide against your house, or Key-Bank as a boat payment--except that one is deductible and can be spread over 30 years ;)
Dan <----just here to help :D
