Thanks for the welcomes! I'm not sure how 'hot' my boat is, but it's loud, scares old ladies and small children, and holds a lot of beer (kinda like it's owner). I've got a '95 Reinell 2400, Carbed 7.4 with thru-hulls, spinning a Mirage 21. Boat sounds good and runs 60ish.
My screen name comes from working in the phone business. Twisted Pair is slang for telephone cable, it also suits me and my wife's personalities nicely!

Looks fine to me!! When it's 110 degrees on the water, every boat is a "hot" boat! Did you ever camp around the corner from Cottonwood on Mojave last summer. I was down there one weekend and kept seeing this boat (looked like yours) with very loud exhaust, hauling ass back and forth in front of the marina. I was expecting to see a....... different...... boat when I heard the engine. I thought it was cool.

It does ok, but nothing like your Daytona. I got caught out in a windstorm last summer and had to pretty much putt in, honest 3 footers. Anyway, 2 daytonas blew by me, didn't even look like their beers were getting foamy!

I guess I'm your latest newbie. Been lurking for some time but had nothing enteresting to say. Missed the first regatta but not the next. Sandy Point at South Cove is our regular spot but sometimes Cottonwood and Havasu. Seems like a fun croud to hang out with. I'll try to get a boat pic up. Be patient, I might need help. Congrats on the twins!

Funny thing is me and AZKC live about 2 miles apart and still only ever met on the message boards. I promise to be an up standing citizen exccept when I fall down, I already broke my New Years resolution to be less of a trouble maker, Right B-Rad502? Seems like a great bunch of folks, maybe I can meet a few of you when I'm in Vegas for the HomeBUilders Convention in a few weeks. Hopefully this is the year I get to see the Part of Lake Mead from Temple Bar down, (I grew up going to South Cove).
