You think I'm kidding, but I'm not! There was ice and slush on the road in searchlight this morning. Lake level seems way high, all of the beaches are gone but it is certainly easy to get up to Hoover.

As you can see with this picture of this fantastic boat, the ring around the lake is almost gone.

I've reserved the patio of the "conference and community center", a few tables and chairs. The small parking lot should be able to handle two lines of boats while people sign-in - our own private "ready lanes"!!

There is a sandy spot to the left, shallow, huge, best protection from wind on the lake!

Ouch, water just looks cold. Think ill stay in and try to keep on some winter pounds, hate this cold weather. grrrr

Yea, I wish I had homework like that....drive around Lake Mohave, water like glass, no other boats, great tunes, and some beer (ok...lots of beer). Â*Not a bad homework assignment, if you ask me! Good stuff KC!! Wish I could have gone. I have seen snow many times this time of year on the peaks directly across from Cottonwood, but if you can handle the cold it's awesome boating right now!!! man i'm jealous!! i tried to get the wife out to mead on x-mas and she said NO WAY!! so i'm sure when i'll be able to go next. i might and try to con someone into going this weekend http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif you definitely get an A in my book too. you're doing a great job!
