Don't know how many of you will be in next week so I thought I would start with the holiday cheer today.

I don't know about any of you, but this year sure went by fast. Seems like only yesterday we were hanging @ Cottonwood having a good time, making fun of RL's "rainbow ride", Thor's pink Eliminator, LM1's SLOW Essex (though faster than my Essex) and STVKeith and his goggles.

LM1, NostrESSEX, Essex502 and myself failed in our attempt to have an Essex ruling class! LMAO

KC succeeded in having the loudest stereo of the group and KevMcD with the oldest boat, although KC mentioned something about parts falling off of it. LOL

It was great making new friends and seeing them again at the RRX regatta.

I'm thankful for the times we spent together this year and look forward to the times in the future.

This was an excellent summer - excellent because of the people I had the opportunity to meet! Looking forward to next season, the BETA/LVHB-II gathering is going to be twisted fun for the entire family.

Speaking of family, there must be something in the water! Congratulations to everyone that is expanding, family wise or waist wise!!!!

these boards sure are fun when I take my vicodin. I had a root canal and my mouth is fuggin killing me. So, I am sitting here talking to clients and reading the boards while on pain meds. Pretty fun.

I have really enjoyed being part of this board and talking boating with you guys! It has been great to get to know all of you. I, too, am looking forward to the summer, so that I can hang with all of you on the water. Happy Holidays.

It has been a great year! We were on the lakes every weekend for about 3 months and loved every minute of it! What a great time and great people.

Brad said it best at dinner, I've accomplished everything I wanted to by starting LVHB, and I'm truly thankful I did! I've met the coolest boating people in the SW and become friends with all of you! The Mrs. and I thank you all for being a part of this thing called LVHB, and we both wish you all the best for a happy and safe holiday season and a prosperous new year!

Good year guys! Nice to meet those of you that I have met - both at the LVHB Regatta and/or RRX Regatta or on other weekends. Hope to get together frequently now that the house is done in Havasu and we'll be quite a bit closer most weekends.

Well said HD (except for the "rainbow" part, DICK http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif ) My thanks to LM1 for starting this thing, it was just what I needed. I have met some very cool people from here, all of whom I now consider "friends", and hope to stay close to for a very long time to come. This past summer I feel was the first of many excellent summers to come, each one getting better and better.
