Greg, we tow it with either my GMC Denali (same basic frame and wheelbase as your Tahoe) or Scott's Suburban. Â*Little slower with my car but it does the job.

I just checked the GVWR on the door of the tahoe (thanks to Panic Button's tip) - it's 6,800 - I think that boat stripped empty is 6,900 right??

It's actually just XM ready, never installed all of the additional HW needed to receive the XM signal. There might be some type of conversion ot make it work with Sirius.....

I wish I had some pics to post. I have not had it delivered from Ultra yet. Next week some time. The boat was on the showroom when I bought. I was told Ultra just finished the boat and I was the first one to inquire about it., luckly due to there were several people after me trying to but it also. Ultra is adding a few things for me and Ultra's going to detail and I will take delivery then. Im not in a big hurry with the kids soccer and horse shows have been keeping us real busy. This afternoon we will be in San Marino for a noon game. Sunday San Bernardino for a 2pm soccer game and Tracy will be in Mira Loma all day for our daughters horse show. Next weekend at son's two soccer games in Hawthorne on Sat. and One soccer game in Palm Springs on Sun. The following weekend (Turky-day) weekend camping a Camp Land (San Diego) weekend long soccer tourn. If I had the boat could not use it right now but believe me when things slow down we will use it. As soon as I pick it up I will take lots of pics and post.

496 HO
3rd one ever built.
With the HO mid 70's boat on Gps. Stated be owner of first one built that he gps'ed his boat at 75.8. We will see.
Same bottom as the 27 Shodow with the swim step cut off and 4 inches shorter.

I dont know how we had time to buy the boat. Now you mention it we did not spend alot of time while buying it. I went there on a Friday with a friend to check it out, told Ultra I would bring Tracy buy on Saturday. Tracy and I spent about 1/2 hour checking it out on Sat. then made the purchase and have been to see the boat one other time to show the inlaws, now waitng sometime this week for delivery.

Courtney is entered in beginners for troting and posting. I will ask to confirm. Its will be her first show today so we are excited to watch, should be fun being our first horse show.

I know this is a hi-jack but Red Horse asked...:laugh: We do not have the land for a horse. We send her to a trainer in Chino,Ca. The show was cancelled due to high winds on Sunday. She went and trained instead. :D :thumb:
