Here are a few pics from our little mid-week trip to Havasu.
We met Chris Camire of Lavey Craft Boats at the Naked Turtle on Tuesday and he was kind enough to give us a ride (and let each of us drive) their new boat.

The first thing I thought was man thats a bad ass boat with a f'ed up windshield. I would call but I am sure they dont care what I think either. I thought the boat was pretty sick. Certainly different with the enclosed cockpit and probably more of a cool temperature seller. It was very hip of Chris to take us out and let us sit behind the wheel. I like it. Once you go windshield you never go back. Nice to be able to talk to passengers and not take your hat off at speed.

The head on pic doesn't show the full canopy. Looks more like the gilligans island boat in the pics. I I remeber right the boat has a removable (I think) hard top on the canopy. Looking to be a kind of poker run deal. I checked it out at the boat show and I remember phebus drooling all over it, glad to see he got a chance to drive her......now we'll just wait and see if there is a carrera 257 effect X in the spam section http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Your opinion means a lot if you are buying a boat from them... Once they get your money they dont care what you have to say. Ill never buy another Lavey. Shawna in the front office is the exception..
