I'm going to try to make it. Probably later though...I will be close to having the motor together and on the boat by Thursday.

We'll be there, I'll bring some swag.
i talked to D4$ today and he MIGHT be there. he has family in town so he's not sure yet. i also talked to BBum and he has other obligations. good luck with the motor keith! what kind of performance do you think you'll get with the new motor?

Well, we didn't get far tonight. Got the lower unit off the boat and found that the circlips for the piston wrist pins were the wrong ones. Should have the old motor off tomorrow, then work on putting my motor together starting Wednesday.
I'm expecting a minimum of 110...we'll see beyond that. With the power it's SUPPOSED to make, should see well into the 'teens.

SICK! I have no desire to do 110+ http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif
Good luck getting it together Keith! I'll have fun watching you next year http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Greg, just remember that's one of those "pick your day - pick your water and have the big prop on" speeds. Yeah, hopefully it will do it - which is my goal, but on the average day, I'll probably run my new Mazco 27 prop which would only give it about 103mph for a top end potential (8000rpm), but very good acceleration.
HOLY SH#& DUDE!! that's about all you can about that. sounds like a kodak moment to me http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif hope to see you thursday. i just talked to brad on the phone and he said he's still on for 6pm.

I might be a little late, like friday late. Housewarming party for my buddies..
They moved down on Cheyenne(?) We will probably go to Steiners on the corner of Cheyenne and Rampart.
Pretty cool place GREAT WINGS. You all are welcome to drop by.
I would imagine we will be there all night and morning long http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
thanx for the invite DB but we'll be getting the boat ready for it's maiden voyage on lake havasu for the PARADE OF LIGHTS.
hey greg, if you get this before you talk to brad ask him if he would mind getting a non-smoking table (i assume they have a non-smoking section right?). i talked to shannon today and it looks like they are going to try to make to dinner also.

Did you forget we're expecting too?
no i didn't forget, but i didn't know how many people knew and how many you wanted to know. i didn't want to be the one to spill the beans.

Oh, didn't want to be the bean spiller huh? he he
Most people know, those who don't I just haven't seen in a bit - not too mention we've been swamped with the move and all.
She's cool with it now, because hell, can't change it and why worry about it right?
I told her that from day one, but she didn't go for it.
See ya later tonight... bean spiller! J/K

So how was it did you guys get wasted or what?
Just remember if you want to do it again I will be there tonight.
WE are going to a place called the Timbers it's about 300 ft. from my buddy's house how sweet is that http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I hear Timbers is a nice place. They are building one right down the street from my house, so I'll probably be trying it out soon.
We all stayed pretty sober, except VBD, who was fairly lit up by the time he got there (about the end of dinner).

B Rad, GREAT to finally meet ya bud! Glad you could make it out and we look forward to hanging out with you on the lakes next year.
Guys/Gals, what would you think about a basketball/beach volleyball BBQ afternoon at the park right next to our new house one weekend?
