Any of you Vegas or Boulder City based Hot Boaters have a line on any fully enclosed boat storage units in Boulder City? Henderson would be my second choice. Looking for minimum 12 ft wide by 35ft long. Thank you in advance.

sweet! Are the units pretty clean? How dust free?

not to bad.
I do get dust on the boat because the doors are not sealed real tight but I live with it. I keep my cover over top and the inside does not get any build up even when it is not snapped closed.
Price about 125.00 month with one month free if you pay for a year in advance.

BC indoor storage about 110% full, need to get on wait list. Would be good place to build another 100 or so if you've got the land.

Nailed a unit! Thanks to Badaxe! It's right in Boulder City. About five year old facility with nearby gas, mini mart and hardware store. Heading out this weekend to check it out! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrinbounce2.gif

It's a perfect spot. The office/mini mart and resident managers apartment look right down on the unit. It's right across the driveway from the gas pumps and has very easy in/out access. If I were looking for a spot for myself I would consider this to be the ultimate situation. Tom, you're going to be very pleased.

If anyone else is looking they had a 40' unit and a 50' pull through unit available.

I've seen the storage in Searchlight but unless you're doing all of your boating out of cottonwood it would be pretty inconvenient.

You think so? I was thinking it would be pretty good for a So. Cal. guy. I do like goin out of Cottonwood the best, and it is one of the closest places for us to get to, then it wouldn't be a long haul down to Havasu or up to Mead. The main drawback I see would be fueling at Searchlight isn't always the cheapest.

Had a great weekend signing the contract for the storage unit in Boulder City over the weekend! Thanks for all your hospitality Badaxe!! Killer asada!! The storage facility is called Boulder City Boat Storage and it is first rate, very clean. We're gonna have a great time boating out of this town and look forward to hang'in out with all you Las Vegas peeps on Lake Mead!

Anyone looking, they still have a 40ft unit available. Highly recommended! PM me first so I can refer you to the manager.

As far as Searchlight storage goes...I think it would be a pretty cool place to keep a boat. Should be a little less expensive. From there, its 30 minutes to Cottonwood and about 50 minutes to Mead. I drove around Searchlight last Saturday looking for storage units but didn't spot one. I've been somewhat interested in developing a storage facility there thinking that property would still be pretty reasonable. Looking for about 1.5 to 2 acres.
