havasu condo info

We are thinking about getting a condo in havasu as an investment/vacation place.

I was looking for any information or recommendations on condo complex’s in havasu.

Has anyone in LVHB tried this and how did it turn out? Good or bad please let me know.

I recently looked at a condo in the Nautical Estates on the island as an investment. Decided not to go with it, to many little things to correct and the numbers did not add up well enough to make it an attractive deal for me.

You may be better off getting a house and using that as rental property. The house should apprecaite faster than a condo ever will and you don't have the association fees to cut into your monthly profit. And, you can get a house for soemtimes less than what a condo goes for in Havasu.

I think I would go the house route too, or maybe a nice trailer on the island, Beach Bum's friend has one with a little cove you can pull up into, sounds nice to me.
