Isn't there something going on at Lake Mead this weekend? Maybe a Poker-run. I thought I heard something about offshore boats coming to Lake Mead this weekend, in conjunction with SEMA?

Does anyone know?

There was supposed to be a poker run, but it was cancelled.

keith's right, there was supposed to be a poker run on mead but was cancelled due to lack of pre registration and the club putting it on stood to lose a bunch of chedder if people didn't start signing up so they pulled the plug http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif i was really looking forward to seeing some of those monster boats too!! i'm still going to the lake though, even if it is all by myself http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

It was Pokerrunswest, and I think there were some other circumstances too, of a personal nature.

personal nature??? like what, they couldn't afford gas money for their 1200hp motors? http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif it's a bummer they didn't run this weekend i really wanted to see them. oh well, maybe next year. the mrs. and i went anyway and had all of LVHB beach to ourselves. in fact, i think i only saw one other boat on the other side of the narrows.

I couldn't imagine having a boat that everyone is really "hoping to see run"! That would be weird. I still get a lot of looks though, but I think it is because of my gel scheme........... people are trying to figure out if I'm gay or not. No Trinia is not a cover up!! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
