Anyone have good info. on decent beaches and places to launch, ski, hang, and stop for eats on the Delta??? My brother was exploring it last weekend (without me -- http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif ) and we're hoping to get familiar before another trip?

Didn't somebody on these boards move up there last spring sometime?

He used to have a site up with a bunch of pictures, some info and a live web cam but it appears to be gone now.

you can run all the way to san fran,lots of BIG BOATS(navy) dry docked ,check out alcatraz(sp),eat killerfood @peir 29?

That would be fun to run around up there. Met a guy at Don Pedro last week fron San Jose, said he and a bunch of others take their jets out in the bay area lots.

Been on the Bay ... great ride, good beaches, but the water is WAYYYYY cold even in August.
