Ever heard of the Silver State Classic Challenge race? If not, take a look here: http://www.silverstateclassic.com.
It's a race in central Nevada with cars averaging anywhere from 95mph to 200+mph over a 90mile stretch of highway. There is only one way to spectate this event though...to volunteer.
Currently, the Timing & Scoring division of SSCC is still in need of 4 volunteers for the race which takes place on Sunday, 9-22-02. (that's next weekend) The race is based out of Ely, NV.
If anyone is interested in working this event, please shoot me an e-mail at: keith@stvboats.com so we can get you a room set up.
