Just stopped by to see my new house being built. The foundation is poured and framing is starting. My garage is 37 ft. deep! Now I need a bigger boat I told the Ms. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Don't give me that Thor, this is costing about as much as what you sold yours for, AND probably half of what the one you live in now costs http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
It's in Seven Hills! There's a park with beach volleyball, lighted basketball and tennis courts etc. just down the street - even a fountain as you pull in http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
BBum, that's why I asked if it would fit into a 7 ft. garage door. I wonder if the 26 with canopies would fit http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rolleyes.gif http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif
Yeh, but you can afford yours. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
I guess I have to consider it an investment right?

I think I may have gave the wrong impression of my house being built. It's only 1,980 Sq. ft., but the garage is the best part for me! It's a two car garage, but one side is 37 ft. deep http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Financial consulting=investing in Greg's 25 Daytona fund (sounds catchy doesn't it, I bet I actually could get some investors http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif )

Hows the pricing up there and who is your builder? Are they all on top of each other or do you have some room for the dogs in the back?
BADFISH II

not that dog!
Richmond is the builder, and it started at 211K, then you gotta add on all of the crap.

Sure I just tell Richmond Amer. they poured the slab short. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Should be done framing on wed.
BTW I doubt a 26 with canopies would fit. Maybe a 30 without canopies.

hmmm, bummer http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/huh.gif
Guess I'll just have to buy Beach Bum's boat when I save enough pennies http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif
ooooo, hmmmm, 30 without canopies, interesting concept, I don't think they even make those though do they?

I think you might be right, Oh well i guess you'll have to just go with the 28 without canopies http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif

Greg, Congrats on the new place. I new you were talking about it a while back, but I didnt know you were serious. Forget the house, the garage sounds awsome, Lot's of space for that new ride.

Greg, the house sounds great. Your garage is almost as big as my Double Wide our here in Texas http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif take is easy y'all
RUNNIN A FEVER

Greg - I think you've got your priorities a bit backwards. The garage is to be built to fit the boat, not boat to fit the garage. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
I'm proud to say that my garage is as big a my house, but my wife doesn't appreciate that analogy. Down here in red-neck-ville we can get away with 16 foot high, dual 12x14 openings and all steel.
Congrats on the pad.
