A few of you know, but most of you don't, that my best friend from high school and college moved here about a month ago. So far he hasn't had much luck finding a job that he wants. He's holding out for something that he can turn into a career instead of just a job.
His background has been mostly financial sales, although he has experience in construction project engineering (was an assistant project manager) and in commercial real estate appraisal. He has done other types of sales jobs as well, but is looking for more of an executive sales position - maybe inside sales - in construction equipment, components, supplies or maybe sales for medical equipment/surgical supplies or something along these lines.
He is open to hearing any suggestions or ideas at this point, towards an executive oriented (base + commission) career offering.
Let me know if you guys know/hear/have anything that he might fit the bill for.
