Well, the actual dimensions are 64 x 64. But if the image is say 100 x 100, it will resize automatically. Anything over 100x100 will probably look pretty strange resized. Nice choice there! http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I like my avatar, but that is more of a "tit man" avatar. I consider myself to be more of an "ass man". How do I put my own avatar on here. Do I have to do the same as I would with a pic. and get a URL for it, or is there a simpler way?

Oh, don't get me wrong! I LOVE a top-heavy girl too, but boobs can be made to look any way you want, whereas an ass takes a lot of work and is all natural......... usually!! It's a very, very, very close call as to what I prefer.

Can I take an already existing jpeg like say from sublimedirectory.com (my uh, friend says thats a good site http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif ) and put it on here, or do I need to put it into like webshots.com for the new URL.....?

Yeah, unfortunately, you'll need a full url to the image. And I don't think sublimedirectory would like anyone hotlinking there images.
