Whoa...
Now that's weird. Hmm... What OS are you using i.e. win 95,98,2000,ME,XP or Mac? You said that you downloaded the latest version of the windows media player from the link at the bottom of the homepage, so it should work with that. The video uses the latest compression codecs for that player. When you did the right click "Save As", did you select "Save As Target"? I will have a better idea of what's going on when you tell me what OS you are using.

I'm using windows 98. When I downloaded the first time, it asked me if I wanted to save to harddrive or play from current location, I chose current location. It never asked me where I wanted to save it i.e. save as target. The first time I tried to play it it asked which player I wanted to use, I did not see Windows Media listed so I chose acrobat. Now I can't get rid of it. Thanks and remember to type slowly cuz obvously I am a little slow to learn.

Ahhh...
I know what happened. You didn't have windows media player installed on your computer, so when you went to play the video it asked what "other" program you wanted to play the video with. Good ol winblows.
Go ahead and delete that copy of the video if you can. Hit "shift" + "delete" and it will zap it from your computer.
Now, you'll have to go to the LVHB homepage, and at the very bottom there is a link to the microsoft site to download the latest windows media player. Install that on your computer, I think it's at version 8 now.
Now when you try to play the video this time, it should work.
Hopefully it will overwrite the old file association that was assigned when you clicked on the adobe acrobat file type. It should. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif Keep me posted.

I did that before I read your latest message. When I tried to load it it said time to load would be 11+ hours! Is that true? In 11 hours I'll be sleeping soundly. Guess I should spring for the DSL

My Bad,
Holly crap, that player is 10 megs! That is the ultimate pleasure delayer. Let's see. It doesn't seem like you have other video players on your computer either. Looks like the Apple Quicktime player is 10 megs also.
This is where a disc would come in handy. Not sure where to go from here. Have you been able to watch video on other sites? You could do what I used to do before dsl and download it overnight. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
