My crew and I are planning a killer weekend for Labor Day. We are driving up on Friday morning and leaving on Monday morning.

Friday:
On the water by 10:00, cruise up to Topock and then to Copper, early dinner at the brewery on the island, maybe a late night cruise on the lake. Kokomos.

Saturday:
On the water by 7:00, play with the wakeboard, meeting other boats at the island marina at 9:00, Steamboat for the day. BBQ with friends.

Sunday:
On the water by 7:00, meeting other boats at the island marina at 9:00, Steamboat for the day. BBQ at the condo.

Making shrimp scampi and carne-asada on the BBQ for dinner so that we do not have to stand in lines.

Bring your fenders and lets hook up in Steamboat!

KC-Kurt, I and a bunch of friends will be Park Moabi that weekend. We will be getting there early Friday morning also (around 9 or so). We will be on Peninsula Site #22 (3rd one from the end on the Needles side) which is only about a mile up from Topock so come on by and say 'HI'. Look for either my boat or Kurt's.

We will drop by on Friday around noon.... Be certain to unpack the blender first!

This past weekend the river was pretty low.... one of my gals jumped out of the boat to cool off, after three margaritas at the bar, and promptly broke her leg in the sand.... that was a rough way to end the day.

I am meeting up with boats in the Havasu Marina at 9:00 AM on sturday if anyone wants to hang out. We will be in Steamboat most of the weekend.

Site 22.... blender..... I'm there! Probably between 11:00 and 12:00 on Friday....

Temps are dropping below 85 at night, we are talking COLD!

I can not beleive that I left my parking spot in the Havasu Channel to meet you in Moabi.... AND NO BLENDER !!!
