Hi all,

Chris RRX invited us all to the RRX poker run Sept. 21st. I'd like to get a good showing from us, it should be a blast. I know me & the Ms. will be going for sure.

Would love to see you all there. Wanna get this thing rockin' and it will not be your traditional Poker Run. It won't be a race, but rather a group cruise to several different party spots throughout Havasu, where we can hang, eat and drink. This flyer (http://free.hotboat.net/gallery/Forum_Graphic_Depot/web_flyer.JPG) is going out soon for the RRX Run. Â*LVHB is sponsoring the event as well as nationalboatauctions.com (my project, should be live by Monday).

It would be great to get a good LVHB turnout there. Â*Hope you can make it! Â*We're staying at the Island Inn - 75$ a night and plenty of rooms they said!

I will be at the London Bridge resort. I love that slip thing. It works so good at Bluewater in Parker. Any one else from Las Vegas Hot Boats Planning on being there? It should be a great time.

Thanks to everyone for registering. We are also getting some really cool donations to give away as well. Looks like this thing is gonna be pretty fun, but please keep talking it up to all your friends so we can all make this happen. It is not an easy thing to put on and I am working my ass off for all of us so this thing is awesome. I can't wait to party with all of you on Sept 21st!!

All I know is RRX doesn't do anything half assed, so this should be a kick ass weekend!

Op6 is not on the same weekend. RiverDave is planning on attending the RRX shindig and though not finalized, the stereo competition is going to take place at the RRX event and be sponsored by wired for sound in Temecula. Probably be $25.00 to enter, winner takes all. More to come on that later!

To my knowledge it is not the same weekend of OP6.. To be honest no one knows when IV is going to happen. The guy whom is hosting it is SLAMMED with shit going on right now.

If I had to guess it's going to be backed up to mid october sometime.

In the meantime there is some other things going on...

RRX regatta and
RD's B-Day party the weekend of October 4th.
More of a bar hopping tour with alot of people, a WHOLE LOT of women etc... That'll be in parker.

Yes there will be women, but I'm hoping other people will bring some as well.

Becuase of the amount of people involved it's setup more like a "Party Tour" at the Bars etc... A little inside info for the LVHB guys though is after the last stop there will probably be a get together back at the house. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

I dunno how much floor space I'm going to have that weekend becuase I literally have 50-60 people that aren't on the boards going with me. Most of them will be staying in the local hotels.. I'm going to try and get everyone to stay at JT's on the Keys to make things a little easier.

It's good to see that the tow vehicles are going to get some glory. They do most of the work (getting there and back). And most of us spend considerable amounts of time and $ on them.

You know what HD, after reading that I'm not so sure I'm into the Tempest anymore.

I wish that HB Mag would be honest with their evaluations instead of blowing so much smoke to their advertisers.

I would look at the alondra though, but probably wait to find one used. There's one on Boats.com right now for 75k

If it's the same one that was at the Essex Regatta, I took a test drive in it. Great handling boat and pretty quick out of the hole with the twin 6.2's.
