I was talking to some people in the TV industry about getting a GOOD performance boating show going, but I'm no longer in the industry, and some of them haven't returned my calls........ We may be in Parker Saturday. I'm not sure if the gang wants to go to the sandbar in Havasu or cruise Parker. I'll know more tomorrow.

Hey RW, where is your place in Parker? Near the Keys? I was there last weekend, as well as for the OP6 weekend in June.

I'll be in Parker on August 17 if I can find a place on the water that will rent me a room for 1 night only. I've tried the Bluewater (no rooms left), Bransons, JT's and Mike Macks. The last three all want a 2 night minimum. They did say if they aren't booked up, they will take me if I show up. I guess I could play it by ear.

A friend is coming to town that weekend and I'm going to go to Havasu for Saturday, then down to Parker for a night time bar hop from the river. I want a place that I can park the boat that night as well.

Do you know of any places that would rent a room for one night only that has river boat parking?

riverwild, welcome to the group! hope you get back on the water soon. you'll have to keep us posted on the boat show deal. i used to watch speedvision every wed. just for the boat shows but it's now all nascar stuff. welcome aboard.
