Yeah, where is it? I have called a couple of places in the marina and no one knows of one. http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif I know that Dana Point has one and KC says that Redondo Beach has one. Anyone know of one in between there?

I'll check with my dad. His boat is in the Marina and he told me that they could drop in a boat at the yard right by the 2nd street bridge. I'll post more info later. (Only if someone has room in their boat http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif )

The hoist in Redondo is near the Redondo Peir, they can lift boats up to 40'. Nearest hotel to the hoist is Crown Plaza Redondo Beach/Hermosa Beach - less than one block from the hoist. To get your boat into the water via the Boat Hoist, call Redondo Beach Marina at (310) 374-3481.
A hoist in Long Beach would be way closer to our house and easier to get into LA/LB Harbor to head over to Catalina.

They also said on their website that longer boats were ok as long as they were less than 4990# loaded....maybe spend a little extra cash and fuel up on the water to save some lbs. Â*What does yours way?
