Saturday May 3rd – Help Wanted!
Many people have jumped into the deep end of the pool to create this day. There is still time to get involved!
The following positions are open and available!
Job #1 – Sign in from 7:00-9:00 at Cottonwood Cove ( Primary Karen, Secondary ?? )
Responsibilities include collecting funds, distributing maps and #1 envelopes. Pointing people toward the launch ramp, store and bathrooms.
Job #2 – Sign in from 9:00-11:00 at Cottonwood Cove
Responsibilities include collecting funds, distributing maps and #1 envelopes. Pointing people toward the launch ramp, store and bathrooms.
Job #3 – Card Shark from 11:00 – 1:30 at final cove
Responsibilities include greeting people as they enter the final cove and assisting them to play their hands of poker. Clip board provided to assist with the cards and to serve as a visual clue to the participants of “hey, come see me!”.
Job #4 – Card Shark Junior 11:00 – 1:30 at final cove
Responsibilities include greeting kids as they enter the final cove and assisting them to play their hands of UNO. Clip board provided to assist with the cards and to serve as a visual clue to the participants of “hey, come see me!”.
Job #5 – Score Keeper 11:00 – 1:30 at final cove
Responsibilities include writing peoples names on a large tablet with their poker/UNO score.
Job #6 – Coarse Sweeper – Depart from Cottonwood at 11:00
Depart from Cottonwood at 11:00 to run the coarse, assist any lost sheep towards getting to the final cove, collect remaining envelopes at card stops. Does not include any towing duties for Cracy Racing!
Job #7 – Coarse Pickup
Collect a barrel on your way back to Cottonwood so that we can reuse them next year. The barrels are 15 inches in diameter and 24 inches tall, not very big, and they will have fifty feet of rope attached to a bag of rocks. No need to bring back the rocks.
No application required!
No previous experience required!
No benefits and no pay!
