Our plans are:
April 12/13 - Havasu
April 19 - Easter with the extended family (no boating)
April 25/27 - Crowley Lake (opening day of trout season!http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
May 3 - BETA
It may have to wait till May (BETA) if you don't sell it by then! Don't hold it for me if you have an offer!
Just out of curiosity...what prop is on the new boat? I'd assume it is a 24P as well based on other Nordic owners.

The Nordic 28 Heat came with the Bravo 1 24p. Months ago I had purchased a Bravo 1 26p from the folks at Throttle-Up. They searched their inventory and found a good one that we could easily rework if necessary, this was for the motor I was building.
Saturday we installed the 26p and noticed a significant difference in the hole shot. I think that the 24p was slipping, cavataiting maybe. With the 26p the Nordic comes right out of the water without having to push the throttle very far, way better grab. Needless to say we did not get the opportunity to do a top speed run.
I'll have both the 22p for THOR and the 24p for Essex502 to demo at BETA.
KC
, we placed a 26p
I'd like to meet up with you down here in Socal before and get that from you to test it. Is it stock?

THOR
The 22p might be labbed, I say that because the blades seem thinner than my other 22p that I sold with the Eliminator. The 22p is here in Garden Grove.

Interesting...I would have expected you to lose bottom end with the 26P versus the 26P...hmmmmm...what kind of RPM are you getting on the top end with the 26P? I am running a 23P Mirage 3 blade and turning 5000+ at 70 MPH. When I demo'd a 25P Mirage I dropped RPM to 4500 and lost 5 MPH or so. My plan is to try the 24P Bravo to see where it comes in at RPM and MPH and then if close - lab it. With the 4 blade I would expect to pickup bottom end and with the lab'ing to pick up top end as well.

I know, kind of different, the Nordic climbs out of the water with the 26p without effort, the 24p requires you to use more throttle. Â* Did not get the chance to stretch her legs on the water, maybe in a few weeks.
As far as the Mirage three blade, you will notice a significant difference with the four blade 24p. Â*More grip and your motor will turn the 24p to the rev limiter on that 502 without issue. My boat is heavier by a long shot and my motor weaker on the torque side as compared to a 502.

If you have the "room", I'd still like to test the 24P on the 3rd. If you want...we could hook up at Havasu later if that's more convenient. We'll be back in Havasu towards the end of May due to commitments all month long http://www.lasvegashotboats.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif . Looking like the weekend of May 31/June 1 as the next trip after May 3.

I'll bring the 24p as long as I have room in the truck - you can test it, through I might not sell it now.
Drove the 26p hard this weekend, up to 65.3 at 4900rpm with full tanks and cooler.
The top on the 24p was 63 at 5100rpm....
My boat has a much different hole shot between the two, I like the 26p but I can tell that with six adults in the boat it would struggle.

Damn, dude, you're right! I'm used to the corporate B.S. where nothing is stored for more than 30 days. My normal email at the office eliminates all messages that aren't specifically archived at the 31 day mark.....I had no idea that there were so meany sent! Thanks!
